This Site describes Junk Removal Service, Junk Hauling, Debris Removal, Trash Removal, Rubbish Removal, Waste Removal, Hauling Service, Trash Hauling provided by David and Desmond Moving and Junk Removal. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of David and Desmond Moving and Junk Removal arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify David and Desmond Moving and Junk Removal from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MD, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MD.
